As RESTAURANT MANAGER you will….

• Manage  day-to-day operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Ensure top-notch  food quality ,  health and safety compliance , and  customer experience
• Lead and mentor a team of  chefs ,  servers , and  front-line staff
• Oversee  inventory management ,  scheduling , and  cost control
• Support growth in  sales and  profitability

Great RESTAURANT MANAGER candidates bring….

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• 2 or 4 year degree related field preferred, however an equivalent combination of education and professional experience will also be considered
• 5+ years previous restaurant management experience preferred
• Proven  leadership skills in  restaurant management
• Solid background in  front-of-house and  back-of-house operations
• Positive, upbeat, go-getter personality.
• CATERING AND TOGO EXPERIENCE IS CRITICAL AND A HUGE BENEFIT
