1st Shift Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm (Monday - Friday)
2nd Shift Hours: 3:00pm - 1:30am (Monday - Thursday) with 12.5% shift differential
What You'll Do: \n - Set up, operate, and fine-tune CNC machines to manufacture precision components (metal + plastic)
\n - Run multi-axis programs for milling, drilling, threading, reaming, and profiling
\n - Interpret blueprints and work instructions with accuracy and attention to detail
\n - Perform part inspections using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
\n - Collaborate with other machinists and engineers to improve processes and efficiency
\n - Maintain a clean, safe work environment with a focus on quality and consistency
\n

What We're Looking For: \n - High School or equivalent required
\n - 5+ years of CNC machining and setup experience
\n - Solid background in metal manufacturing
\n - Comfortable reading blueprints and using calipers, micrometers, and other QC tools
\n - Good with shop math and basic CNC programming edits
\n - Reliable, team-oriented, and always looking to improve
\n - Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
\n
