What You’ll Do

As a CNC Machinist, you’ll operate and maintain multi-axis CNC lathes, producing tight-tolerance parts with precision and efficiency. You’ll be a key player in a highly technical team, helping drive quality, safety, and production goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Operating multiple 3-axis CNC lathes (Okuma, Mori Seiki, Tsugami, Doosan, etc.)
• Holding and verifying tolerances to ±0.0005”
• Performing setup, tool changes, and minor programming adjustments
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and setup sheets
• Completing changeovers independently and efficiently
• Running production on materials such as Stainless Steel, Titanium, Aluminum, and Delrin
• Following safety procedures and wearing proper PPE
• Communicating effectively with team members and leadership
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Shift Schedules

We currently have openings on the following shifts:

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM

Weekend Day Shift: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly pay based on experience: $22.93 - $28.23/hour

Qualifications

Required:

• U.S. Citizenship (due to ITAR regulations)
• Degree in Machine Tool Technology or 3+ years of relevant machining experience
• Proficiency in G-code and understanding of machine-specific codes
• Experience with precision measuring tools and devices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting with exposure to moving parts, chemicals, and laser/light machinery
• Ability to wear required PPE for the entire shift

Preferred:

• Independent setup and changeover experience
• Experience with multiple part types and machine platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

Disqualifiers

Candidates will not be considered if they:

Are not a U.S. citizen

Cannot consistently hold ±0.0005” tolerances

Lack CNC machining experience or relevant education

Cannot commit to working the available shift schedules

Are unwilling to work in a manufacturing environment with PPE and physical requirements
