About This Role
The Creative Project Manager is a member of the in-house creative team, Ace Creative, working in collaboration with creative directors, designers, producers, external agencies, and internal business partners to execute creative projects and assets. Creative project managers report into the Creative Operations Manager and closely collaborate to ensure consistent quality and timeliness of deliverables.
What You’ll Do
Act as a steward of the brand through an understanding of business partners’ goals and develop project briefs and timelines involving all key stakeholders
Build trustworthy, collaborative relationships at all levels of management and take ownership of project communication efforts with client to facilitate exceptional service. Initiate meetings, align goals, report project status using project management tools and provide ongoing visibility to leadership. Embrace continuous improvement measures in the workflow
Demonstrate innovative thinking . A natural problem-solver who manages day-to-day efforts and monthly allocation reporting. Anticipates risks or problems and proactively resolves
Mastery of creative project workflow to best serve the business partner. Commit to ongoing personal development and drive business partners’ education on best practices
Metrics for success include elevated brand deliverables (resulting in improved brand awareness and consideration), business partner satisfaction, on-time and improved speed to market
High emotional EQ. Diplomatic, interpersonal, ardent attitude that is receptive to varied team dynamics. Promotes direct feedback in all dealings with business partners, management and leadership. Ability to work with internal and external team members

You are a process-driven, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage the demand of multiple projects and partners simultaneously. You have a strong people-first mentality to deliver exceptional results while building strong relationships.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of project management experience. Creative marketing agency, in-house creative project management, or brand marketing experience with agency management required.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization, including the executive level
Superior leadership skill with a proven track record of leading and influencing others that do not directly report to them
Strong strategic thinking abilities with an emphasis in the development of a plan and the ability to ensure implementation
Self-starter who has demonstrated complete ownership and delivers focused solutions based on customer needs
Ability to provide, interpret, and analyze client needs to help identify opportunities or issues and develop credible solutions
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams
Proficiency in Wrike or other project management tools is a plus
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in Wrike or similar project management software (Monday, Asana, etc.)
Creative design background or an understanding of creative design processes
Compensation Details:
$74700 - $93000 Per Year
