This role involves managing multiple projects with tight timelines, ensuring smooth execution from brief to delivery, and effectively coordinating between internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in marketing project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly adapt and plug into projects with minimal onboarding time. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee creative and marketing projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate closely with the creative studio, marketing ops, and external staffing resources. Coordinate and prioritize project tasks to meet tight deadlines. Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders. Facilitate briefings and project hand-offs between internal teams and external partners. Support ad hoc project requests with agility and efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in project management within creative, marketing, or related fields. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision. Familiarity with managing variable workloads and short turnaround projects. Experience working with contractors and cross-functional teams a plus. Additional Information This role supports projects operating on West Coast hours. Opportunities for both hourly contractor or deliverable-based engagement are available. Prior experience supporting fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), beauty, tech, or similar sectors is desirable but not required. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30.00 to $35.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
