Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to deliver outstanding support to our clients. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, returns, and other issues
  • Record and track customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Identify and suggest process improvements based on customer feedback

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Google Workspace tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in French is required
