🗓 Schedule: 40 hours/week | Every other weekend | No on-call required

What You’ll Do:
As part of a dedicated care team, you'll independently provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients (ages 18 months+), including:
✅ Patient assessment & diagnosis
✅ Treatment & health management
✅ Counseling & disposition planning
Requirements:
🩺 Experience: 2+ years as a Family Nurse Practitioner
📄 Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited FNP program
🛡 Licensure: Current National Board Certification + VA State License
