Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Franchise Sales Manager to lead full-cycle franchise sales. You will be responsible for managing a strategic and targeted sales pipeline focused on selling to sophisticated, multi-unit franchise groups. This role combines warm lead conversion with outbound outreach and requires a sales-driven, organized individual who thrives in a fast-growth environment.
You will guide prospects through the franchise process — from initial inquiry through closing — and will coordinate high-touch 1:1 "Meet the Team" days to help close deals. Your focus will be on strategically selling territories that align with our expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full franchise sales pipeline, from lead qualification to signed deal
- Work both warm, inbound leads and proactively generate outbound opportunities
- Sell into high-value, strategic markets using a territory-based approach
- Focus on closing multi-unit deals with experienced franchise operators
- Conduct discovery calls, territory reviews, and virtual presentations
- Coordinate and host in-person "Meet the Team" days to convert top candidates
- Maintain detailed tracking and reporting through FranConnect or equivalent CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align efforts and targets
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of franchise sales experience, ideally in wellness, fitness, or multi-unit retail
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle sales and closing multi-unit deals
- Strong outbound sales mindset and ability to generate pipeline
- Highly organized, responsive, and accountable to metrics
- Experience with CRM systems like FranConnect or Salesforce
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
