Salary: 45k + uncapped commission (80k OTE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and engaging with potential candidates through various channels.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Negotiating job offers and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
