We’re looking for a people-focused, enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Communications Assistant to help support our live event marketing campaigns. In this in-person, event-based role , you’ll represent major brands, support promotional strategies, and connect with the public face-to-face at pop-ups, expos, and community events.

Assist in executing on-site marketing campaigns at events, retail locations, and pop-up activations
Serve as a brand ambassador , sharing key messaging and promotional offers with event attendees
Engage directly with customers and the public to promote brand awareness and build relationships
Communicate marketing messages clearly, confidently, and consistently
Help with setup and breakdown of event displays, signage, and marketing materials
Provide feedback and data from events to support campaign evaluation
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and improve communication strategies
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, or Marketing is a plus)
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing personality with the confidence to engage the public
Interest in public relations, branding, or live event marketing
Professional appearance and demeanor—you're representing high-level clients
Comfortable working on-site at events with flexible scheduling (including evenings/weekends)
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
