The PPC Specialist is responsible for the execution, optimization, and management of PPC campaigns run through Google Ads across all of Bonneville, including Search, YouTube, & Mobile App promotion, to enable the delivery of impactful results for Bonneville’s clients. We are looking for someone who can maintain a laser-like focus on setting and achieving high-level results while still possessing a detailed and analytic mindset to provide unique and compelling insights. Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion. This position is a hybrid role; we require the employee to work at our local market site one day per month. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by managers and senior management. What You Will Do: Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to: Build, launch, and optimize multiple PPC campaigns. Perform day-to-day campaign activities for enterprise-level Paid Search (PPC) campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, etc. Conduct in-depth keyword research and planning (discovery and expansion). Ongoing keyword evaluation and optimization using auction insights, negative keyword lists, and ROI metrics. Set up tracking and goals for campaigns utilizing Google Tag Manager, GA4, and possibly outside CRM. Track KPIs to assess performance, identify issues, and produce reports for management (e.g., dashboards). Regularly monitor industry trends to determine changes in customer behavior and adjust strategies to capture market demand. Collaborate with other markets and teams to ensure campaign goals and expectations are met, and strategies are aligned. Work closely with other PPC Specialists for recommendations and campaign optimizations. Skills and Experience We Are Looking For: At least 2+ years of PPC marketing experience with Google Ads campaign types such as Pmax, Search, Display, Video, and Shopping. Google LSA experience is a plus. Google Ads API script experience and Google Betas experience are a plus. At least 2+ years of Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) experience. Proven expertise with CRO related to landing pages for campaign optimization and remarketing strategies. Experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Tag Manager, etc. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to take direction, learn new skills, problem-solve, and pay close attention to detail. Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. A self-driven, reliable problem solver who can work independently and in a team, with strong communication skills. Positive, flexible, and well-organized to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging deadlines. Keeping up with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features within Google Ads and paid ad space. Google Ads Certified is required. Google Analytics Certification is a plus. SEO knowledge is a plus, especially understanding how SEO impacts paid search campaigns and coordinating organic and paid strategies. Physical Demands: Effective communication through oral and written means. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate office equipment and computers for extended periods. Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods. Compensation Range: $46,350 - $67,000 Salary will be based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, along with benchmarks.
