Retail Asset Protection and Security Associate

Minimum Requirements:

1. 1 year work experience
2. Retail experience in safety, security, or loss prevention preferred
3. High School Diploma or equivalent
4. Candidates in Oregon, New York, and St. Louis, MO, must be eligible to obtain a security guard license as required by applicable local law. Obtaining the security guard license is a required condition of employment for this role.

What you'll be doing day to day:

1. Ensures the safety and security of the people and property per local regulations
2. Completes safety, security, and compliance audits and trainings
3. Maintains critical safety equipment such as alarms, radios, and security systems
4. Reports and follows up on incidents that occur
5. Responds to and coordinates emergency situations in work areas such as burglar alarms, fire alarms, active shooter and other emergency events

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, 36 - 40 hours per week - schedules come out 4 weeks in advance.

Benefits Eligible: YES - Generous paid time off, 8 paid flexible holidays a year + sick time (determined by the local regulations)

Hours: Hourly role. Retail environment, MUST have open availability Monday through Sunday.

Pay Range: $21.78 - $28.16 (PLUS Night shift differential for shifts with more than 3 hours worked between 12 a.m. and 4 a.m.)
