As the Director of Innovative Home Services , you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by leading a dynamic and growing private duty care team. This is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to:

• Lead and grow a thriving private duty home care program.

• Inspire and manage a high-performing care team committed to exceptional service and outcomes.

• Admit clients to the program, perform nursing assessments, supervise associates, and develop care plans.
• Drive growth by developing marketing strategies and building outreach opportunities within and beyond our community.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a clinical leader who is compassionate, driven, and service-oriented:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in private duty, home care, or a related healthcare setting (preferred).
• Demonstrates adherence to professional standards and best practices in care delivery.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible, reliable, and committed to excellence.
