DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SOUS CHEF
As the Sous Chef at Sodexo Live! in Austin, Texas, you'll engage your culinary expertise to prepare, portion, and present a diverse range of delicious food items for all meal periods, including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special Events. Your role encompasses operating a variety of kitchen equipment, expertly handling ingredients-from washing and cutting fruits and vegetables to trimming meats and fish. With a focus on excellence, your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of service, tasting dishes, and innovating menu selections that align with various festivities, all while embodying Longhorn pride and energetic teamwork.
