Job Description

This is a part-time position that will be domiciled at our Northwest Austin office.

Zinda Law Group is looking for a driven and analytical Staff Accountant to join our firm! As a Staff Accountant, your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be integral to the continued success and growth of the firm.

Responsibilities:   

• Assist with budget preparations 


• Pay bills and maintain ledgers 


• Receive, approve, and/or decline invoices 


• Code payables for Accounts Payable entries 


• Make bank deposits and receipts of money 


• Reconcile bank accounts 


• Assure expenditures are in accordance with code balances for item acquisition 


• Conduct invoice activities and pay vendors 


• Process payroll and payroll reports 


• Create and maintain multiples reports for the firm 

Qualifications:  

• Minimum 1+ years of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience 

• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel 

• Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred 

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills 

• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
