Randolph Tool is looking for a Wire EDM Operator . This position is responsible for operating a Wire EDM machine and maintaining production levels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who is comfortable working in a team environment.

Job Description:

• Perform machine set-up, operation, and maintenance
• Set up and operate Wire EDM to manufacture quality parts
• Maintain production levels.
• Perform machining operations on tool steels, aluminum, steel, and other materials
• Work with precision tools to perform machining operations
• Perform routine maintenance
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Requirements:

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and understand basic math concepts
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to perform machine setup and operation as well as maintain a high level of production standards in the department
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
